Introduction 

Update: 2th July, 2022 Rule and Capital members

We are S2097 server of topwar.

We do not welcome players transferring from other servers.

If you have trouble with someone, make sure to follow the procedures as follows.

  1. Settlement between individuals.
  2. Settlement between leaders.
  3. Settlement by the capital leader.
 

If player with rebels makes trouble again, contact capital learder or staff officer.

Announcement

Update: 2th July, 2022.

 

It's been a month since last update.

Maybe the announcement should be made on this frequency?

We have updated the server rule and capital positions.

We changed "NO attack players of less than -5 level." 

to "No base attack other than KE".

This rule was voted on by the "TOP10 alliance leaders group".

We will continue to improve the rules in such a democratic way in the future and create an environment where everyone can play the game comfortably.

Rules

  • Rule ver.3(Created: 2th July, 2022)
  1. NO attack resource tile.
  2. NO say hate, violence and threaten speech at world chat.
  3. No base attack other than KE.
  4. At Kill Event(KE): NO attack players of less than -10 level.
  5. NO attack player base and transfer team during supply drop delivery.
 

If you do not have agreement with the opponent, you could be punisshed by doing first.

If you do it by mistake, contact the opponent and accept their revenge.

In case you do it on purpose, you’ll get rebel tag.

Accroding to the result of the settlement, you will get more disadvantages.

The timing of untag rebels depends on the decision of the capital leader.

If you make trouble repeatedly, you’ll get attacked by all players.

 

If your alliance wants to start war, message to the capital leader and staff officer in advance.

These rule excluded in Dimensional Mine and Warzone Exercise.

 
 
  • Future Rule (not applied now)

We will revise rules as below, according to the stability of the rule management and the majority’s level.

 
  1. NO attack players of less than -3 level. (if majority is over 60Lv)
  2. NO attack players in the alliance territory. (it makes another fun)
  3. NO attack the same player three times in row. (it can accept revenge easily)
  4. NO attack other’s treasure guard. (To share the treasure with as many players as possible. = The total amount of reward in the server will increase)

Revenge 

 

With battle report (share the report or capture screen and posted on discord), you and your alliance members are allowed to revenge attack as the same amount that the rival attacked you.

If any argue occurs, the following step should be taken to solve the argue.

  • Contact the opponent or its alliance’s leaders.
  • Share the battle report on world chat/discord in advance.
  • Contact server leader if the problem cannot be solved by the above items

For leaders of all alliances

 

Share and educate the rules among members.

If you cannot settle a trouble, contact the capital leader or staff officer.

When you get new ally, contact the capital leader or staff officer.

You can hold a rebel in your alliance, but if he or she makes trouble again, you must kick him or her.

In that case, it is forbidden to accept the join of the rebel.

How to select

Staff Officer: The leader of the 2nd strongest alliance in CP ranking.

Commander: The most strongest player in each troop type at the time.

Logical Director: Recommended one from 3 rank alliance

Minicster of Economy: Recommended one from 4 rank alliance

Expert Technicain: Recommended one from 5 rank alliance

Lady of War: The most strongest female player in the capital leader's alliance.
